These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of any products, digital files, courses, templates, downloads, and services (collectively referred to as “Products”) provided by Financial Freedom For Mamas ("we," "us," or "our") via our website, platforms such as Stan Store, Systeme.io, Stripe, PayPal, or social media links. By purchasing or using any of our Products, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Agreement

This agreement outlines the terms of the relationship between you and us, including your rights, responsibilities, and liabilities. It is important that you read and understand these Terms before making a purchase or using any of our Products. By using our Products or accessing our content, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy.

2. DIGITAL PRODUCT NATURE & DELIVERY

2.1 Nature of Digital Products

Our Products are digital in nature, meaning they exist only in an electronic format. Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to downloadable files or be granted access to online resources (e.g., through member portals, email links, etc.).

Digital products include, but are not limited to, eBooks, online courses, templates, guides, and any downloadable content. As these Products are intangible and delivered electronically, there is no physical shipment involved.

2.2 Access to Products

After purchasing, you will typically receive instant access to your Product via email or a downloadable link. In some cases, you may be granted access to a member portal or course platform (such as Systeme.io). If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly. Please ensure you input a valid email address at checkout to avoid issues with delivery.

Due to the nature of digital products, once a Product has been delivered, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations (refer to Section 4 for the Refund Policy).

3. PRICING & CURRENCY

3.1 Pricing Information

Prices for Products are listed in either AUD (Australian Dollars) or USD (United States Dollars), depending on your region or preferences at checkout. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Once you have completed your purchase, the price at checkout will be the final price.

3.2 Currency & Taxes

All transactions will be processed in the currency specified at checkout. International customers are responsible for any currency conversion fees or taxes that may apply to the transaction. Additional fees may be applied by your payment processor (e.g., PayPal or Stripe) or bank.

Some regions may have Value Added Tax (VAT) or other taxes that are not included in the price. You are responsible for any such taxes. We will not be liable for any additional charges incurred by your local tax authorities.

4. NO REFUNDS

4.1 Final Sale

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the Product has been delivered. You acknowledge that once you access or download the Product, it is irreversible.

4.2 Exceptions for Major Faults

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the Product has a major fault or does not function as described, you are entitled to a remedy. This remedy may include a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the failure. 4.3 Change of Mind

We do not provide refunds for change of mind or for any other reason not related to the condition of the Product itself.

5. LICENSE TERMS: PLR & MRR

5.1 Private Label Rights (PLR)

Some of our Products may be sold with Private Label Rights (PLR). PLR allows you to edit, rebrand, and sell the product as your own. However, there are specific terms and conditions attached to the use of PLR Products:

• You can edit and rebrand the product, including altering the content and graphics, and rebranding it with your own business name or logo.

• You may sell the product at your discretion and retain 100% of the profit.

5.2 Master Resell Rights (MRR)

Other Products may be sold with Master Resell Rights (MRR). MRR allows you to resell the product, but there are restrictions on how you can do so:

• You can resell the product to others, but you cannot resell the resell rights (i.e., you cannot sell the rights to resell the product to someone else).

• You may charge whatever price you wish for the product, but you cannot offer the product for free or distribute it without payment.

5.3 Restrictions

• Brand Use: You cannot use Financial Freedom For Mamas’s brand name or trademark in your marketing or promotional material unless explicitly granted.

• Content Usage: You cannot claim the content as your own original work, and you must comply with the specific licensing terms related to PLR and MRR.

6. PAYMENT PROCESSORS

We accept payments via secure third-party payment processors, including:

• Stan Store

• Systeme.io

• Stripe

• PayPal

6.1 Payment Information

By purchasing a Product, you agree to pay the listed price for the Product. You acknowledge that we use trusted third-party payment processors to securely handle your payment information. We do not store or process your payment details directly.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information is correct and up to date. If payment is unsuccessful, access to the Product will be denied until the payment is successfully processed.

6.2 Chargebacks & Disputes

In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:

• Revoke access to the Product immediately.

• Report the dispute to the payment processor and take appropriate legal action for the recovery of the amount due.

By making a purchase, you agree to settle any disputes directly with us first. You acknowledge that any dispute or chargeback may affect your ability to access our Products and will incur additional fees.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Products, including but not limited to text, images, design, course materials, and any downloadable content, are the intellectual property of Financial Freedom For Mamas. These materials are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

You acknowledge that you have no rights to our intellectual property except for the limited license granted in these Terms. Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, or redistribution of our Products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7.1 Limitations on Use

You may not:

• Reproduce or distribute the content without permission.

• Sell, transfer, or license the Product to third parties.

• Use our Products in a manner that violates intellectual property laws.

8. USAGE RIGHTS

Upon purchasing a Product, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the limitations outlined in these Terms.

8.1 Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share or distribute the Product outside your personal or business use (unless permitted by the license, such as with PLR or MRR).

• Use the Product in any illegal, unethical, or harmful manner.

9.1 No Guarantee of Results

We make no guarantees regarding your ability to achieve any specific results or income from using our Products. The examples of income or results in our marketing materials, course content, or testimonials reflect the experiences of some users but should not be interpreted as a promise of earnings.
